Experimental Economics Lab Participants Raise 13k CZK for Charities

In a heartwarming display of altruism and generosity, participants in an experiment led by Associate Professor Bahník at the Laboratory of Experimental Economics rallied together last year to raise an impressive 13,000 Czech Koruna for charitable causes. Their collective efforts shed light on the potential for positive social impact within economic experiments.

Beyond its monetary value, this gesture highlights the potential for collaboration between academia and philanthropy to effect positive change in society. The experiment not only advanced our understanding of economic behavior but also served as a catalyst for social good, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility among participants.
